The Kasteel Cleydael Golf Club in Antwerp is an 18-hole course that was built in 1988. The course was designed by Baron Paul Rolin. The club features a medieval castle with a moat and a court yard once inhabited by the Duke of Alba, Cromwell and Philip the Good. The club's historic buildings are well-preserved monuments which contain the clubhouse, three bars, a bridge room and an excellent restaurant.
