The Kurhaus is an impressive entertainment complex which was built in the 1870s and features many different performances throughout the year.
The Theater am Goetheplatz is a baroque-style theatre which regularly features opera, ballet and drama productions. The theatre has been open since 1862, when it held the world premiere of the Berlioz opera Beatrice et Benedict. In the summer months, the theatre hosts many outdoor concerts including jazz and classical music.
The Philharmonic Orchestra of Baden-Baden often performs at concert halls throughout all of Germany, with many performances taking place in the Baden-Wurttemberg area.
