Northern Hungary

Northern Hungary is one of the most stunning areas in the World. Many people assume the country is boring and dull; they are sadly mistaken. Golf is not the only activity in the area. Many sportsmen enjoy clay shooting while on vacation in the area. There is a number of clay shooting ranges in Central Hungary. Clay shooting might not be exciting to you, so try game shooting instead. There are some great animals to hunt in the area. You can go game shooting and come back to your rented house or apartment with a wide range of foul and venison. You can go on a guided trip or strike out on your own. The choice is up to you. When visiting Central Hungary be sure to enjoy some of the local cuisine. There are quite a few Hungarian recipes that feature fish or local vegetables that can't be found elsewhere. The food is often a bit spicy and often contains potatoes. Be sure to try the same dish in different areas of Hungary as it can be vastly different from region to region.
