Beautiful villa dating back to the 13th century, situated in a panoramic spot among the verdant Chianti hills. The villa has been restored respecting the original architecture and divided into 5 comfortable apartments, all furnished in typical Tuscan style, matching the classic taste of antique. The large garden surrounds the whole property and from the swimming pool guests can enjoy a splendid view on the woods and forests of this area. All the apartments have a private entrance and a personal outdoor equipped area. It is possible to rent the 5 apartments together for 36 sleeps in total. Distances: San Polo in Chianti with all kinds of shops 3 km, Greve in Chianti 15 km, Florence 25 km, Siena 55 km, San Gimignano approx. 40 km. At guests’ disposal: Well equipped garden, shared swimming pool (10 x 10 m - max. depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09). All the apartments are provided with barbecue. Parking inside the property. There is a large, common room, with Internet access (wi.fi) Extra services : The most ancient part of the property has been converted into a private restaurant for villa guests. The restaurant is opened every week end, from Friday to Sunday, just for dinner. During the week it can be opened on request (for minimum 10 people). Cookery classes can be organised on request. Maid service available on request at € 8,- / per hour (to be paid on the spot). 100m2 1st floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower (without window). 1 step lower: large sitting room (TV) with fireplace, dining area and kitchen corner (dishwasher, oven, freezer, American coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms, shower bathroom. The apartment has a personal equipped terrace. San Polo 1 and 3 can be rented together for 18 sleeps in total and, in this case, bathrooms suitable for disabled people are available.
