Maybe you prefer a light desert after a beautiful meal, and will order the “Gazpacho of red berries served with kiwi and basil sorbet”. Pair the Filetto di Manzo, an Irish beef tenderloin in a green pepper sake sauce, with the famous Amaretto liquor flavoured Boathouse Tiramisu and gold plated caramel popcorn shashlik for dessert.

Where you lay your head while in Poland will of course depend on the region. But there are many beautiful, self-catering rental apartments, holiday villas, and country cottages throughout. If you are looking for a pool, or jacuzzi, many properties do have these features. Also, maid service can usually be obtained for an additional fee. Decide whether you want to yacht, ski, fish, golf etc. and then look for properties near your desired activity. But remember, Poland is a relatively small country.
