This beautiful town house is decorated to a high standard and is situated in an exclusive small community overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a lifeguard around the pool area between 11:00 and 19:00, out of these times the pool is available but use is at own risk. There is also secure underground parking and direct entrance to the house. This house is ideally located. The airport of Malaga is 30 minute drive, Marbella town 15 minutes, the Port of Cabopino 5 minutes, 5 minutes to many fantastic resturants and shops and only 5 mintues to the beach.There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles. There is also a basement with a double sofa bed that will sleep a further two people, two full bathrooms and an extra WC. Large lounge/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen.
