The detached holiday house Broche lies in the village of Semione in the Blenio Valley. Semione is a small village at a height of 460 m.. The house is near the centre of the village and can be reached easily. The entrance can be reached via a staircase and you can park your car in front of the house. You occupy the ground floor and the 1st floor, the interior is simple but well kept. You have a garden and terrace at your disposal from which you can enjoy the sun. Locarno, Ascona and the Lago Maggiore are only 40 car minutes away. It is also nice to do the Gotthard Pass which is only 30 car minutes away. Here you can make beautiful walking trips, the Blenio Valley also boasts many wonderful walking routes.
