It has about 60 private golf courses with both 9 and 18 holes, and one public golf course, the Executive Golf de Chessel, between Aigle and Lac Leman. The BŸrgenstock Golf Club course has 9 holes and a par of 33/33 and rated 63/64 among all other golf courses in this region. The 9 hole BŸrgenstock Golf Course is situated on an alpine peninsula within the BŸrgenstock Resort, just 450 metres above Lake Lucerne. Even the most experienced golfers have been enthralled by the combination of the superb facilities and the panoramic views of the nearby Swiss Alps. The course was constructed in 1928.

The Entfelden Golf Course was designed by Christian Affolter. It is an 18 hole course and it is about 4208/3706 metres in length, and 66 par. This golf course is situated at the A1 Exit Aarau/West. The facilities available are a Restaurant, Pro Shop Driving Range and much more.

The Lucerne Golf Club has 18 holes, par 72 and is about 6082 metres. It is located in the alpine foothills above Lucerne, this rugged course offers fantastic views of the city, with a lake and mountains surrounding it. This is a challenging course for any level of golfer with facilities of a Driving Range, Pro shop and restaurant.
